You can comment about planning application on Horsham District Council Planning System: https://www.horsham.gov.uk/planning/view-and-comment-on-planning-application or in writing to:
Horsham District Council, Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RL.
The Plans Advisory Committee welcomes copies of comments submitted to HDC but is unable to forward comments on behalf of individuals

 

How do I report a breach of planning rules?
