Henfield Parish Council maintain several playing fields in the village. Areas of some of these are leased to Henfield Football Club, Henfield Cricket Club and Henfield Tennis Club.

The Rothery Field on Nep Town Road has a small play area for young children.

The Kings Field, next to Henfield Leisure Centre, also has a large childrens' play area and is the home to the skate park and basketball court.

The Memorial Field is located on Henfield Common and is next to Henfield Cricket Club.

There is also a play area at Chessbrook Green. Henfield Parish Council do not own this area but we do maintain it.

Every year these play areas are inspected by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents and any remedial work is then actioned.

The full reports are available from the Parish Office.

Please note the swings by Danny's Pond are maintained by Horsham District Council.
