Henfield Helpline have informed us about the changes to the way that isolating patients receive their medications that has occurred in the last day or so. Those needing medication will now need to call the NHS GoodSam line on 0808 196 33 82, their details will be taken and they will be allocated an NHS volunteer who will collect their prescription when it is ready and deliver it to them.
Attached are details about the website which is for those in isolation as well as those wanting to volunteer. We obviously hope that this system works well without adversely affecting the footfall through Lloyds Pharmacy.
